From Frustration to Innovation — Why MigiHub Exists
The idea for MigiHub was born out of a real-world problem.
While helping a large sign language interpretation agency in Montreal with their digital transformation, we discovered they were still using an interpreter management system developed over 20 years ago. It was slow, rigid, and outdated — and worse, the software provider refused to modernize it.
Dispatchers were frustrated. Interpreters were disconnected. The entire operation was held back by tools that no longer fit today’s fast-moving, multilingual, remote-friendly world.
So we asked ourselves: What if we built the platform we wished existed?
That’s how MigiHub started — not as a product idea, but as a solution to a real barrier in accessibility. We secured the budget, assembled a world-class team, and designed MigiHub from the ground up using a modern DevSecOps stack, AI-enhanced architecture, and a modular, scalable design that could adapt to every interpreter workflow.
