What Syncs with Google Drive

  • Booking files: requests, confirmations, briefs, PO/WO PDFs, session notes.
  • Interpreter documents: credentials, certifications, IDs, NDAs, availability forms.
  • Client documents: contracts, SOWs, site instructions, accessibility policies.
  • Timesheets & exports: approved timesheets, invoice support, reconciliation files.

How the Integration with Google Drive Works

  1. Connect: authorize Google Workspace Drive access in MigiHub.
  2. Select a root: choose My Drive or a Shared drive as the top-level location.
  3. Template: pick a folder structure—client → year → assignment (fully customizable).
  4. Naming: use tokens like {Client}-{Date}-{AssignmentID} for consistency.
  5. Permissions: map roles/groups; share domain-restricted links with optional expiry.
  6. Sync: documents from MigiHub are created or updated in Google Drive with a link back.
