Integration with OneDrive
Integration with OneDrive keeps every file where it belongs—without email chaos. MigiHub auto-creates client and assignment folders, syncs documents and attachments, applies your sharing policies, and gives teams one secure place to find what they need. What Syncs with OneDrive
- Booking files: requests, confirmations, briefs, PO/WO PDFs, session notes.
- Interpreter documents: credentials, certifications, IDs, NDAs, availability forms.
- Client documents: contracts, SOWs, site instructions, accessibility policies.
- Timesheets & exports: approved timesheets, invoice support, reconciliation files.
- Attachments: images, audio, and other files added to assignments.
How the Integration with OneDrive Works
- Connect: authorize OneDrive for Business (Microsoft 365) in MigiHub.
- Select a root: choose the library/folder where MigiHub should organize files.
- Template: pick a folder structure—client → year → assignment (customizable).
- Naming: use tokens like
{Client}-{Date}-{AssignmentID}
for consistency. - Permissions: map groups/roles; share view-only links with optional expiry.
- Sync: documents from MigiHub are created or updated in OneDrive with a link back.
Why Teams Love It
- Fewer steps: no more downloading and re-uploading—files land in the right folder automatically.
- Single source of truth: everyone opens the same file via the booking record.
- Cleaner audits: consistent names, version history, and traceable access.
- Compliance-friendly: respect your org’s link settings, retention, and DLP policies.
Configuration Options
- Folder patterns by client/site, year/month, or program.
- Role-based access: dispatch, operations, finance, interpreters, clients (view-only).
- Sharing defaults: require sign-in, set link expiry, restrict download, watermark PDFs (if enforced by tenant).
- Retention alignment: store in locations governed by Microsoft 365 retention labels and policies.
- Large files: upload within your Microsoft 365 limits; resume support for flaky connections.
